Aura

An aura is a perceptual disturbance experienced by some with epilepsy or migraine. My photography shows visual disturbances I experienced during the attacks.

An aura is a disturbance of perception that people experience before epilepsy or a migraine.

At the beginning of 2021, I started suffering from migraine attacks, it were accompanied by visual, auditory effects, altered perception, depression or active condition and were so strong that I thought it was a stroke. After all the checks on me and my brain, the doctor came to the conclusion that it is a migraine aura. I started looking for information about it on the Internet and saw many pictures that showed visual disturbances close to mine, I also saw it in a book about migraines. I decided to make pictures similar to those in the books to show what I saw during the attacks, using my own photos.
