Nudity, self-excruciation, surreal foreplay, human nature, primitivism, symbolism, eccentricity, animalism and intuition are amongst the themes communicated by the presented artworks. Our main interest lies in bringing primitive instincts out of a viewer, provoking animalistic behavior and emotions, allowing one to embrace their natural beauty, encouraging one to be free from any predispositions and fear of being misperceived. We have always been closely related to nature, behaving ourselves in a way that is somehow considered right for animals, not for humans, running and jumping over the hills, biting and leaking each others faces as dogs do. European cities have almost lost the connection with wild life, locking parks at nighttime, putting enclosure near the sea. This feeling of something sacred we find in nature inspire us to live some specific way of life, making us go far from the city, look for alternative environment for self bringing up. We feel a critical need for recollecting every place we find, every location, which becomes our home for the moment. The project ‘Animalism, Naturalism’ is an attempt to keep in mind all basic instincts that come about, reaching for the raw sense of self and intimate relation to the surrounding environment and nature.
