AN ESCAPE ROUT. What catches the eye is an escape route. Vertical. Ascending. Toward nowhere, in the midst of a place that exists but seems not to exist. One step after another, one rung after another, even though everything is at a standstill. A directionless direction. A longing. A possibility.
UNA VIA DI FUGA. Quello che si attacca all'occhio è una via di fuga. Verticale. Ascensionale. Verso nessun luogo, in mezzo a un luogo che c'è ma sembra non esserci. Un passo dietro l'altro, un piolo dopo l'altro, anche se tutto è fermo. Una direzione senza direzione. Un anelito. Una possibilità.
