A Single Ascent

In China, current urban development is accompanied by the extensive use of large-scale dust-proof covers. When viewed from elevated perspectives, these covers form a strikingly conspicuous and incongruous visual element within the urban landscape.

This is a land shrouded by dust-proof fabric, beneath which lie the ruins of abandoned structures, while above, it appears to display a variety of natural landscapes. Wandering through it feels like traversing mountains and rivers, yet the scattered objects beneath one's feet constantly remind one of human sovereignty. Perhaps having lost itself for too long, it seems to have reverted overnight to an ancient state, allowing the long-lost earth to reemerge within the city...

Here, time and space converge, and natural and man-made objects merge. I feel as though I am standing in a place that transcends time and space.
