2026 Fotograf Magazine Open Call

Two selected projects will be published in the next printed issue of the Fotograf magazine.

Overview

Fotograf Magazine issues an open call for professionals, amateurs, and students who are invited to submit their photo projects. They are interested in artworks – both fine-art photography and moving image – representing a distinctly defined project of an independent and non-commercial character.

Practical Info

Fotograf Magazine appreciates all genres and the most diverse approaches of artistic creation, because one of the goals of “Fotograf – contemporary photography zone” is to discover talents. Applications must include a CV, a portfolio, images, and a project description.

The selected works will be chosen by the jury composed of Felix Hoffmann (Curator, Director of Foto Arsenal Wien), Markéta Kinterová (Director of Fotograf.zone), Michaela Nagyidaiová (Visual Artist), Marta Szymańska (Curator), and Peter Watkins (Visual Artist and Teacher, FAMU).
