This project is about a suicide and a brush with death.

It was a sunny, hot day. My grandmother took me by the hand and led me to the park next to her house. We sat on a bench, people passed by, admiring the sea and the singing of birds. On this day, my grandmother said: “it turns out that deciding to commit suicide is difficult.” After that, she talked about her attempts to die and why she couldn’t. I tried to jump from the 8th floor, drown myself in the bay, jump in front of a train. She talked about all her attempts as if she were listing the products that needed to be bought. A couple of months later she died. Time has stopped in her apartment, and outside the window you can still see the sea and the birds are singing.
