Built Abstraction

The series contains classical photographs of architectures or built structures.

It's a stroy about visualization of subjectivity where the composition of the photographs aims to create an optical interplay between fiction and reality, resulting in a visual transformation of facts from the viewers perspective.

There is no intention in achieving a three-dimensionality, on the contrary, in some of the photos there is an intentional misleading of the eye based on framing and usage of light and focus in a way that should not underline the spacial dimensions.
