I Don't Like Sunsets

‘I don’t like sunsets’ emerged from the interest in the sense of attachment – a feeling which can be empowering and limiting at the same time. Starting point for the project was my grandparents' house, which has been empty for years and will be demolished soon. Staging situations, taking pictures and rephotographing archival materials were for me ways of saying goodbye to this space and sorting out my own emotions connected to it.
