You can even cry in the shower

My work investigates the perception of self and the body interacting with its surroundings.

These images intend to scan movements, emotions, memories and ideas as they surface while we wash ourselves; that moment of the day where there is a window to just be, cry, dream, resolve, clean, dance, sing, regret, let go. It is also a moment of nourishment, of intimacy with our own bodies.

The process allows me to better understand the body-mind-self dynamics and the results are the realization that we ultimately shape our bodies with our thoughts and feelings.
