Tomás Cambas deeply believes in shapes as elements carrying contents which are not able to be reached except by a previous shape that is a determining factor of our perception together with colour and light.
That is the reason why he is constantly searching for new shapes which make an impression on him in a different way. They make him realize about the lack of elements we have in front of them, in order to read them, define them.
It is this uncomfortable feeling of facing new representations of art what Tomás searches to induce the viewers to change their own analysis code into new ones, making them realize that the old ones had perished.
