"Le Paradis des Animaux" (The Animal Paradise) is a rather peculiar microcosm, not far from the center of Liège (Belgium), where walk around all sorts of colorful characters and normal! Open on Wednesday and weekends, every day has its share of visitors. The curious? No, most nostalgic, sentimental and sometimes even romantic! These people have lost a loved one in the form of a dog, cat, rabbit, horse, cow, etc.. And they do not want to give them a death unworthy. Robert opened the cemetery in 1993 after many years of commitment and patience with the belgian administration . With Marie-France, they monitor from their house as a watchtower on the many graves that cover more than 1,400 animals ...
