The author uses the headquarters of the House of Culture at the district of Chorillos, in Lima, as an obvious analogy of how public spaces related to free culture and education are maintained in Peru. Through the images of libraries, meeting rooms and study halls, the viewers is able to examine the lack of didactic material necessary for the pedagogical and cultural purposes of the space.
