This project decontextualizes images to explore the chaotic interplay of capitalism, AI, and emergent intelligence. By integrating a CCRU-inspired algorithm, it examines creativity, destruction, and humanity’s entanglement with autonomous systems.

The world in which we live is a question—a realm of global disasters, cybercapitalism, and the ever-looming threat of extinction, drawing us toward a confrontation with the abyss. In this turbulent reality, where reason falters and the edges of perception dissolve, we are left to navigate the mysteries that lie beyond.

This work decontextualizes personal photographs and archival images through recomposition, print manipulation, and rephotography, dissolving the familiar to create new meanings. It invites viewers into a fragmented reality shaped by the chaotic interplay of accelerated capitalism—a force that disintegrates values, beliefs, and subjectivity into a disarray of contradictory signs. It is the real without origin or certainty.

At the heart of this inquiry lies a positive feedback loop, where commercialization and technology feed into each other, spiraling toward an autonomous circuit of dark synthesis. In this relentless acceleration, capitalism and AI become indistinguishable, raising the question: have we unleashed our own destruction?

To deepen this exploration, the project incorporates an algorithm inspired by the CCRU numogram, embedding it into a neural network to track "sorcerous traffic," the emergence of autonomous intelligence within machine learning systems. This approach seeks to reveal intelligence as an emergent property of complexity, while simultaneously challenging conventional notions of human creativity. By interrogating the boundaries between machine and human, chaos and meaning, the work provokes a rethinking of creation itself.

The abyss becomes a metaphor for the limits of knowledge and the trajectories of apocalypse—a space where intelligence, creativity, and destruction intersect. In this liminal space, the project reflects on humanity’s entanglement with its own creations, questioning whether these systems are pathways to enlightenment or harbingers of extinction.
