Siamo dei

"Siamo dei" is an ongoing photographic project based on the need to find connections between people and their surroundings. I've always been scared of the lack of a real sense of our existence.

In these years I took a lot of pictures every time I was attracted to shapes, colors, human and animal behaviors because every time I felt like I was closer and closer to knowing the mystery of life.

This research helped me not to feel the smallness of the human being because it allowed me to imagine everything as part of a "bigger whole".

Pain, happiness, death, loneliness, the glassy eyes of animals, the erotic lips of women: everything makes sense only if considered part of this whole.

Everything is connected.
