Thousands of people in Ukraine need your support. Here we provide a list of initiatives in response to the humanitarian crisis unchained by the violent invasion of the country. Through them you can help people in need and organizations that offer basic support in war zones by purchasing a print.
Synchrodogs Print Sale for Ukraine / Limited time offer
Ukrainian artistic duo Roman Noven and Tania Shcheglova are selling some of their prints and donating the revenue to support their homeland. In order to find out how to purchase visit their website (please note that payments should be made in EUR via PayPal).
Art4Ukraine / Ends 16 March
Art4Ukraine is raising funds for Choose Love and War Child in support of their help in the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. They are selling A4 archival photo prints, each costs £100 including global postage, the sale will end Wednesday 16th of March at 10 pm GMT.
Photos For Ukraine Darwin Magazine / Ends 22 March
Darwin Magazine is launching an initiative in support of War Child and its efforts in Ukraine. Teaming up with Metro Imaging they are starting a print sale of 6 photos of up to 20 prints each, each print is £50. To find out more information visit their website.
Pictures For Purpose / From 10 - 24 March
Pictures For Purpose is a foundation started in 2020 with the aim of raising proceeds and awareness for urgent causes. In its third edition, they will be raising funds for the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, donating profits to World Central Kitchen, which provides meals for those both fleeing the country and staying in. The fundraiser will run from the 10 until the 24 of March and the shipping of prints is worldwide, for further information check their website.
Fast Forward: Women in Photo / Ends 12 March
Fast Forward is a research project concerned with women in photography based at University for the Creative Arts, they have started a fundraiser in collaboration with female Ukrainian artists by selling limited-edition prints to help raise funds for emergency organizations acting in Ukraine. The minimum donation for each print is £50 ($65.50), and bidders are instructed to contact organizers via direct message on Instagram, to find out more visit their profiles here or here.
Sarah Boris Screen Print Sale / Edition of 100 copies
Artist Sarah Boris in collaboration with Harvey Lloyd Screens has launched a fundraiser in favour of UNICEF´s labour in Ukraine. There are 100 copies of the print available and it can be purchased here, for further information you can visit her profile here.
Neu Workshop / Ends 31 March
Neu Workshop collaborates with Voices of the Children, Vostok-Sos and Libereco providing humanitarian aid, psychological and psychosocial support to children, and assistance to victims of military aggression.
