Britannia explores the world of British leisure and tourism within the microcosm of a cruise ship. The passengers explore the world at large without leaving behind their home comforts.

The project was shot during a time of particular political uncertainty at home. In the very week that Britain left the E.U, leaving the country in economic ambiguity, passengers aboard the ship took more interest in sun protection than the politics unfolding ashore.

While Great Britain anxiously looks to new Prime-Minister Boris Johnson to steady the ship, Britannia cruises onwards solid as a rock.
