The following images are a series of self-portraits exploring patriarchal structures and what it means to be a woman in the year 2020. The images explore the stigma of menstruation, the concept that woman are more "emotional" than men and include a self-portrait of surviving domestic violence. The series aims to bring to light the authentic experience of what is means to live as a woman.
