Guideline

There are many ways to built (and also rebuilt) new worlds, one of them is

traveling through the stories of people who lived and crossed them. Then destroy the chronological order and give them a new sense, a new narration.

Guideline is a small village in Tosco-Emiliano Apennine. It is the place where my family lived and still lives and where I grew up. It is also one of the emblem of the partisan resistance during the Second World War.

Starting from these opposite events, the story becomes an occasion to reflect about collective and personal memories. Guideline invites the public to ask himself in which ways the private experience of those who lived in a place stratified themself with the historical ones to create a new identity of the place.
