Exploring the concept of beauty and femininity in the modern society, in this series I asked different young women to pose for a camera so that they would like the way they look on the photographs. Standing nearby or at the background I copied their poses.

The growing number of similar poses participants choose for this experiment refers to the way our idea of feminine beauty is influenced by advertising and social media today and the role photography plays in it. My own presence in a sort of a "uniform" t-shirt in each picture creates a necessary shift to question the ordinary image of a woman in contemporary daily life photography.
