In Santiago de Chile a bomb was placed in a trash bin at Escuela Militar metro station (09/08/2014) and the explosion left 15 person injured. After the incident all the trash bins in every metro station were removed.
The government invoked the anti terrorist law and positioned police men in every one of the most concurred stations. The accused of the occurrence defends himself saying the bomb was a scene made by the police to have an excuse to use the anti terrorist law.
In the beginning of September the price of a metro ticket was increased and now reaches a 23% of the minimum wage causing people evade the fare.
