Mirai

Mirai is a collection of architectural studies of the headquarters of Fuji Television in Odaiba, Tokyo. Designed by the famed Kenzo Tange, the building resembles a futuristic space station. The massive metallic ball observation deck becomes a visual anchor for the structure, serving as an important curve punctuated in between the otherwise straight lines and shapes. It is my intention to showcase the dramatic interplay of lines, shapes and shadows in this project.
