Kitigan Zibi Traditional Powwow

A gathering of the Algonquin Anishinabeg community, 2 hours north of Ottawa at Kitigan Zibi.

Held annually, this is an open, traditional powwow that is important to the revitalization of the community's cultural identity.

Singers and dancers attend from all over Canada and the United States in this celebration of life and Indigenous resiliency.
