My photographs are about my extended family. I started to photograph “The Flowers Family” in 2009.

The concept of family in Argentina is deeply ingrained as one of the highest values in our culture. This family is a middle class family settled in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, the come from Italian and Spanish immigrants like most families in Argentina.

The rituals of big Sunday lunches are the opportunity to gather all the members around the table and feel reunited.

What interests me the most is to capture the relationships between them, the beauty of youth and the dignity of aging.
