When Arouna decided to leave Senegal to go to Italy to find his redemption he was only seventeen. “Never Stop” is the photographic book born after we met, in which I give shape to Arouna’s experience and ambitions.

His journey through the desert, the imprisonment in Libya, the boat that took him to Lampedusa and the unfair accuse of helping human traffickers during the crossing, the Piazza Lanza prison in Catania and the endless walks under the Sicilian sun are just some of the steps of his journey. “Never Stop” is the photographic book born after meeting with me, in which I give shape to Arouna’s experience and ambitions.

The aim of the project and of the associated video documentary, is to launch a crowdfunding campaign that will allow Arouna to rent a room in catania for a year, as he’s still living in the street
