Darkness is brighter without light

The alternation between night and day, darkness and moments of light, has always defined the relationships among humans, animals and plants. “Darkness is brighter without light” is a project that explores the tension among those elements.

The township population never experiences darkness, as the relationship between light and darkness has changed dramatically compared to the past. In the mountains, however, this balance still exists in the moments of work and rest dictated by a territory that is only partially governable. At these point of friction, between human activity and the action of the nature, there is a chance for moments of overlapping and interconnection to come to life.
