About Tamara

Bio

I am an independent documentary photographer concentrating on social and cultural issues. I have a strong passion for portraying the real essence of people and places around the world. I have worked with local and native communities over the last four years in Brazil, Mexico, Cuba and Australia.

I have a degree in photography at the Universidad del Pacífico of Santiago, Chile. A residency of photography at the School of Visual Arts in New York and a diploma of documentary photography at the Universidad Católica of Santiago, Chile.

Currently she is based in Santiago, Chile.
