I'm Fine.

My project is a narrative piece trying to depict aspects of everyday life from someone who suffers from anxiety and depression. I have incorporated motifs of trees, this not only gives claustrophobic tones and a sense of being lost but also leads up to the final image. With the final image, I wanted to express how everyday life can be overwhelming as well as terrifying. As well as personifying the mind and getting lost within your mind and thoughts.

As I personally suffer from depression and anxiety, this project was very personal to me. However, I wanted to make this project relatable, and for others who suffer so that it can become a talking point and therefore hopefully be less of a scary conversation when you want to reach out for help.

I plan on working with different mental health charities with my images and growing it in size.
