Seba Kurtis (Argentina in 1974). He studied journalism in Buenos Aires before leaving the country for Europe in the wake of the political and economic crisis of 2001. Several years spent as an illegal immigrant have informed much of his work. Now he lives and works in the UK.

There are currently 45 million hispanic working or living in the USA, of which 12 million are suspected illegal. This diluting of their race breeds insecurity in some american citizens, ferful of the face of America being changed. An Anti-immigrant crusade has developed to prevent illegal aliens from crossing the southern border.

In 2006 the Bush administration authorised the fencing of 700 miles of the US-Mexico border of the states of California, Texas and Arizona. (2008)
