Childhood Memories

When I was a little girl, my grandmother used to guard the wound up tin toys from my father’s collection. She would open the box carefully, gently take the toy out, wind the key couple of times and then let the spectacle begin. My sister and I would sit and watch this show with wide open eyes for hours.

I became the keeper of this magical collection after my father passed away.

The photographs of the old toys take me back to those enchanted moments and represent the essence of my childhood.
