A surreal art cookbook that centres around the deadly quality of chocolate.

This is a self initiated project and collaboration with Graphic Designer Valentine Ammeux. We made a successful Kickstarter campaign and then self published this project as a glossy A3 book.

Introduction:

Cocoa contains a subtle toxin called Theobromine that in sufficient doses is deadly. A single dark chocolate bar will send a terrier to doggy heaven, but you must work a bit harder (assuming you're human). Within the delicate folds of this art book are 30 recipes, which if consumed together within 24 hours will send you to whichever afterlife awaits chocoholics... Good luck.
